Our visit started off with the department manager taking us on a quick walk around The Baby's Room, as well as showing us how the kids clothing department was set up. I immediately found that The Baby's Room was very organized and easy to navigate due to visible signs throughout the entire department.
The Baby's Room is divided into five different sections:
Nursery - Sears has set up its nursery section to resemble an actual rooms complete with a crib, dresser and rocking chair. Each crib on display is outfitted in crib sheet sets that are sold at The Baby's Room and matching room decor such as lamps and window coverings, as well as baby monitors, are also available in this section.
I secretly want this Emma & Jack bedding set for Baby Z. Shhhhh!! |
Feeding - You'll be able to find everything in this section reserved for meal times. High chairs, feeding utensils, bottles for different ages and stages {Dr. Brown's bottles come highly recommended} and reusable snack bags are some of the many items you'll find in the feeding section! I love the Baby Brezza which makes baby purees preparation a breeze. Not only does Baby Brezza steam and puree your favourite baby food, but it also defrosts it straight from the freezer. I wish I had this when Baby Z was starting solids!
Bath and Accessories - This section carries a selection of baby bath tubs, bath toys and accessories. My favourite bath must-have is the Boon Naked collapsible bath tub!
Gifts - My favourite section! Sears The Baby's Room now carries Carter's and Osh Kosh - two brands that are a staple in my household! They have every onesie, sleeper and playtime outfit that you can think of plus Lamaze toys and rattles.
The Baby's Room is currently celebrating it's first "birthday" with an anniversary sale taking place from May 24 to June 5, 2013. Many items are 15-20% off with select discontinued items on sale until they're gone.
Have you visited Sears The Baby's Room yet? If you have, what's your favourite part of The Baby's Room?
