I'm so excited to be able to share these amazing finds with you! While a number of the items on our SwankFinds list may have been personally used/tested/reviewed by moi, only the elite few will make the list. And there will be items that have never touched my fingers, items that I could only dream of having and items that just deserve to be considered a swank find.
While doing a mass amount of online research for baby items when I was pregnant with Lil J, I found that I kept coming across the cutest baby gear/accessory/clothes that I never knew existed. Three years down the road, I was pregnant with Baby Z and the baby market keeps getting cuter and more trendier. To kick off our first ever SwankFinds, we put together our swank top 10 baby list:
- Vonbon Feather Whimsy Newborn Essential Set {$110} - This newborn gift set is number one on our SwankFinds baby list for a reason: what's not to love about the soft and stylish organic cotton fabrics in prints that are exclusive to Vonbon? We LOVE our Vonbon and baby will be sure to rival Mommy's spot for the most stylish member of the family with the Feather Whimsy set!
- Pehr Designs Zig Zag Pink Bin {$28.50} - Now that I have Baby Z, I love that I can look at pink! This Pehr Designs bin compliments any nursery and can benefit from a number of uses: a toy bin, hamper or storage, to name a few! It also comes in blue and light grey. Available at Chapters Indigo.
- Vilac Perly White Metal Car {$179} - Just because. I mean, every kid loves a ride-on toy and this one would look so chic in baby's nursery. Plus the vintage racecar look makes it that much more irresistible. Available at Chapters Indigo.
- Dwell Studio Hooded Towel in Paper Dolls {$54.99} - This looks like the perfect towel to dry off your baby girl after bathtime! Available at Raspberry Kids. *UPDATE* We've been told that this particular pattern has been discontinued by Dwell Studio and that there is only one left at Raspberry Kids. Snag it while you can!
- Ergo Baby Carrier by Petunia Pickle Bottom {$145} - I'm personally vouching for this amazing baby carrier as it has saved my life, back and sanity many times. I highly recommend investing in a Ergo baby carrier, especially if you're having your second or third child, and you have another little one to
runlook after. - Candy Kirby Designs {$38 - $82} - We came across Candy Kirby Designs via our Instagram feed and instantly fell in love with her bold but simple designs, and we're sure you'll love them too. Her current inventory includes leggings, crib sheets and blankets.
- iviebaby Etsy Shop {prices vary} - Another one of our Instagram finds, iviebaby has modern, chic designs for baby's nursery. Their product line includes crib sheet sets, pillow covers, Boppy nursing pillow covers and curtains, just to name a few.
- Freshly Picked Mocs {$60} - Aside from being extremely cute and stylish, these leather moccasins have been seen on every Hollywood kid in town including Kourtney Kardashian's son Mason and in various magazines including Parenting Magazine, US Weekly and In Touch! Need I say more?
- Kardz Kouture by Jessica Boffo Etsy Shop {prices vary} - Founded by a local Vancouver mompreneur, Jessica Boffo creates classy print designs and is very flexible with custom requests. Our favourite Kardz Kouture prints are the Dr. Seuss and Bob Marley quotes. We're also loving the custom stationary note card set - so swank!
- Sleep Sheep {$39.99} - We were given the Sleep Sheep as a gift for Baby Z and does it ever live up to it's name! It features four soothing sounds, an automatic timer and adjustable volume. Not only does it sooth Baby Z to sleep, it also works wonders on the rest of our family. Available at Toys R Us.
