In our household of five, you can only imagine how many meals are made and how many dishes accompany those meals. I only have two arms and two hands, and a sanity that is hanging by a thread, which means those dirty dishes are left up to the "hands" of our dishwasher.
Flashback to a couple of weeks before Lil J was born and suddenly our dishwasher had breathed it's last breath. Done. Finito. Just like that, we had a dishwasher that didn't work and a sink full of dishes to be washed. And a baby on the way.
With all the chaos of Lil J's birth and the days, weeks and months following, we ended up {barely} surviving without a dishwasher. Trust me - that is something I never want to have to experience again. Our dishwasher is somewhat of a lifeline - sure it's a necessity, but it's something our busy family can't live without.
So what's it like taking dishes out of the dishwasher squeaky clean and free of those soapy spots?
