Cooking with Antonella's Pasta Sauce + a Giveaway!

It's no secret that I frequently run out of exciting dinner ideas on a regular basis.  Slaving over the stove just doesn't do it for me plus I can be somewhat of a diva when it comes to dinnertime - I'd much rather have someone cook for me.  So, on the nights where I'm looking for a quick and easy dinner solutions, I've recently found myself turning to Antonella's and their amazing array of pasta sauces.

Antonella's is a Canadian-based company that produces 100% gluten-free pasta sauces including cheddar, alfredo, roasted garlic and tomato-basil.  The sauces are conveniently stored in ready-to-serve {no need to add water, milk or butter!} packages with twist tops, making it super easy to prepare - all you have to do is simply pour it into your saucepan, heat it up and add it to your pasta dish!  Plus the package is resealable and can be refrigerated for up to three to five days after opening.

We had the chance to test out the alfredo, roasted garlic and cheddar sauces, and noticed right away that it wasn't as salty compared to the regular store-bought name brand sauces that we usually use.  This is a huge plus for our family as we're trying to limit the amount of sodium and sugars in our diet, as well as live a healthier lifestyle.  We also love the fact that people with certain allergens can also enjoy

I always add a touch of sugar to tomato-based pasta sauces to offset the sour taste but forgot to when I was preparing Antonella's roasted garlic pasta sauce and it still tasted amazing.  All I did was add it to the pasta and topped it with parmesan cheese.  No complaints here!
