Fresh off Easter weekend with baskets full
of goodies, we decided to use that to our full advantage. I had the kids pick out their extra
ingredients and we started creating our very own Peanut Butter Snack Bites.
First, we combined 1 cup of large flaked
rolled oats, ½ a cup of Kraft Extra Creamy Peanut Butter and ¼ cup of honey in
a bowl and mixed it with a spoon until well blended. Jadon was overly eager to lend a hand and helped
me decide which additional ingredients to add (as well as doing his own taste
testing along the way, of course!):
After rolling the mixture into approximately 20 (1-inch) balls on a cookie tray and chilling them in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes, the kids had a blast trying each other’s special Peanut Butter Snack Bites!
Suggested serving size is 2 to 3 of the bites represented in the above
